What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Associate – Pharmacy Packaging & Shipping position at C3 Pharmacy?
C3 Pharmacy is hiring dependable, detail-oriented warehouse associates to package and ship orders for our compounding pharmacy. You’ll help ensure medications are carefully packed, accurately labeled, and shipped on time.
This is a hands-on position in a busy environment. Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or shipping experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right candidates. Pharmacy experience is not required.
Responsibilities
- Package pharmacy-approved orders according to established instructions.
- Match orders, shipping labels, and packing materials to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare temperature-sensitive shipments using approved insulated packaging and cooling materials.
- Organize completed packages for carrier pickup.
- Restock boxes, packing supplies, and shipping materials.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and ready for the next shift.
- Protect patient information and follow pharmacy procedures.
- Report damaged products, missing items, or order discrepancies to the appropriate team member.

Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
