Customer Experience Associate Summary
The Customer Experience Associate serves as a direct point of contact between our clients and customers. This role focuses on providing exceptional customer service, educating customers on available products and services, and supporting customer acquisition and retention efforts. Essential Duties and Responsibilities for this Customer Experience Associate:
- Deliver outstanding customer service and create positive customer experiences with clients in person.
