Coast 2 Coast Lenders is hiring a motivated Mortgage Loan Officer to join our fast-growing team. This is a full-time, in-person position supporting clients through the full loan process. If you’re driven, customer-focused, and experienced in mortgage lending, we want to talk to you.
What You’ll Do
- Consult with clients (mostly virtual) to identify mortgage needs
- Guide clients through the loan application process
- Collect and verify required documentation
- Manage files through processing, underwriting, and closing
- Maintain accurate knowledge of mortgage products and rates
- Build relationships with clients, real estate partners, and referral sources
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company guidelines
- Meet and exceed monthly production goals
What We’re Looking For
Required:
- Active NMLS License
- 1 year of mortgage loan origination experience
- Strong knowledge of lending guidelines and mortgage products
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- High attention to detail and strong organization skills
- Ability to work in person (Troy, MI) and commute/relocate
Preferred:
- Experience with FHA, VA, USDA, and Conventional loans
- Sales-driven mindset with proven production results
- Experience with mortgage LOS and CRM systems
