Social Media Marketing Intern

 Job Summary

Create daily content on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Pinterest based on a premade matrix with provided images/topics. Follow up with customer inquiries on each platform. Report on page analytics and research market trends. 

Responsibilities:

• Craft engaging daily content for our Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Pinterest pages, following a predefined content calendar.
• Foster brand awareness and community engagement through social media interaction, including responding to comments and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Analyze social media platform insights and metrics to measure campaign performance and audience engagement.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and industry best practices, proposing new content ideas and strategies to optimize our social media presence.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience creating compelling social media content for various platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor content to specific audiences.
• Adept at social media engagement, including responding to comments and messages in a friendly and professional manner.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret social media data and translate it into actionable insights.
• A passion for social media and a keen eye for current trends.

Bonus points:

• Experience with social media scheduling tools.
• Knowledge of graphic design principles and photo editing software.
