Essential Functions:Provides a comprehensive assessment to include career aptitude assessments to help identify needs, and evaluate the customers interests, skills, and abilities. Recommend helpful workforce programs and services at the local, state, and federal level that customers are eligible to participate in. Provides customers with interview and resume assistance, soft skill development, and recommends additional training opportunities. Provides information on the local job market, employment services and resources, educational opportunities, and other available services. Education and Experience: High School Diploma or GED required. Associates or undergraduate degree preferred. (1) year of relevant experience preferred. Valid drivers license and proof of insurance with good driving record. Ability to relocate within the service delivery area. Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred.
