What are the responsibilities and job description for the Blended Inbound & Outbound - Healthcare Call Center Representative position at C2 Communications?

As a team, we work in collaboration with each other to develop programs that support the patients and families we serve as well as the healthcare professionals across the country working at Crossroads Hospice & Palliative Care.
Position Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Customer Service Experience.
- Call Center Experience Required
- This is NOT a remote position.
- PC experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent typing skills.
- Compassion.
- Reliable Transportation.
- Flexibility.
- Excellent listening skills.
- COVID 19 Vaccination required
Shift:
- One 1-weekend shift per week is required.
- Flexible days and hours within the following schedule: 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM
- Average Call Volume 24-65 calls per hour
