Required Qualifications
- Doctoral Degree (Required):
- Professional Experience:
- 3–5 years in instructional design or learning science leadership roles
- Proven experience with AI training, LLM prompt engineering, and curriculum theory
- Project management experience using Agile, Lean, PMBOK, or related methodologies
- Technical Proficiency:
- Familiarity with AI/ML workflows and tools (e.g., prompt tuning, Python scripting)
- Competency with project and data tools: Jira, Asana, MS Project, Tableau
- Soft Skills:
- Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities
- Executive-level communication and cross-cultural collaboration
- Research and publishing track record a plus
- Experience training or deploying LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face)
- Background in psychometrics or instructional technology
- Multilingual (English required; Russian or German a plus)
