Lafayette 3920 Building 3920 St Francis Way Lafayette, Indiana 47905 WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a full-time Board Certified/Board Eligible Nephrology Physician to join our growing practice located at Franciscan Physician Network Nephrology Hypertension Lafayette in Lafayette, IN. Physician will travel weekly to outreach locations WHAT WE NEED: Ideal candidate will have a strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills and desire to develop strong ties with the community and build long-lasting relationships with patients. Physician will need to work collaboratively to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT: PRN schedule Physician will divide their time between clinic, rounding and dialysis clinic outreach locations Minimal travel to outreach locations <1 hour from main campus, 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. per shift Crawfordsville – Once a week, 10 – 14 patients Rennselaer – Once a month, 10 – 14 patients Call Coverage: 1:4 Average outpatient volume: 10 - 15 patients per day Average inpatient volume: 0 – 5 patients per day Nurse Practitioner support WHO WE ARE: Franciscan Health is a non-profit health care ministry with primary and specialty care physician groups located throughout Indiana and Illinois.
