WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT 7am to 4:30pm-Monday to Thursday (Lunch 12pm to 1pm) No weekends/no holidays Provide excellent customer service by greeting and directing patients, families, and visitors Answer incoming phone calls and respond to questions or route callers to the right staff member Schedule appointments and enter information accurately into the scheduling system Register patients and update demographic and insurance details in the EMR system Communicate with clinical staff to support patient flow and keep waiting patients informed Collect patient payments and apply them correctly to accounts Balance daily encounter forms and cash drawers QUALIFICATIONS High School Diploma/GED - Required 2 years Primary Care/Office - Preferred 2 years Customer Service - Preferred Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association - Preferred TRAVEL IS REQUIRED: Never or Rarely EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER It is the policy of Franciscan Alliance to provide equal employment to its employees and qualified applicants for employment as otherwise required by an applicable local, state or Federal law.
