WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT Coordinate maintenance functions with other departments. Use work order system to assign work to maintenance staff and track work orders. Assist with scheduled, non-scheduled, and emergency utility outages. Assist in creation of procedures. Assist with monitoring of compliance with regulatory agencies (State Department of Health, OSHA, NFPA, and current accrediting agency). Coordinate/manage purchase orders for maintenance.
