Franciscan Health Carmel 12188 B N Meridian St Carmel, Indiana 46032 WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a Family Medicine Advanced Practice Provider to work PRN and join our location at FPN Carmel Family Medicine located in Carmel, IN. Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant will be joining a busy practice that enjoy a supportive work environment and a great work life balance. WHAT WE NEED: Ideal candidate will have a strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills and desire to develop strong ties with the community and build long-lasting relationships with patients. APP will need to work collaboratively with existing medical staff to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.
