This Advanced Practice Provider will meet the growing demand for primary care services at FPN Kendrick Family Medicine located in Mooresville, Indiana. WHAT WE NEED: Ideal candidate will have experience treating patients of all ages in Family Medicine, with a focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. Provider will need to work collaboratively with physician to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT: Practice Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Flexible full-time provider schedule Average outpatient volume: 18 - 22 patients per day Strong mentorship from physicians in the practice Busy collegial practice Lab on site Common Diagnoses: Common Cold COPD Flu Diabetes Depression Hypertension Medicare Wellness Checks Preventative Visits WHO WE ARE: Franciscan Health is a non-profit health care ministry with primary and specialty care physician groups located throughout Indiana and Illinois.
