WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT Practice Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. No Weekends, Evenings, or Holidays Performs comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations, treatment and related follow-up services including discharge planning. Develops a treatment plan with measurable goals based on patient assessment. Completes appropriate goal re-assessment and discharge planning. Provides occupational therapy, including selection and use of assistive equipment. Trains and educate patients and family members or other support and document understanding of treatment plan and goals. Documents and submit patient reports and charges within the established timeframe. Collaborates with patient and other healthcare personnel or outside agencies regarding coordination of care.
