Review microbiology data daily. Provide drug information and education, as required. Perform pharmacokinetic calculations and dosing recommendations, per protocol. Assist the Clinical Manager with formulary requests. Ensure that medication orders are processed timely, accurately and according to all legal, professional, and departmental standards for dispensing and record keeping. Manage the disposition of controlled substances, other dangerous drugs, and investigational drugs, as required by Federal and State statutes and regulations. QUALIFICATIONS Required Doctorate Pharmacy Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - American Heart Association Registered Pharmacist (RPh) - State Licensing Board RPH license preferred by August 1st Registered Pharmacist (RPh) - State Licensing Board RPH license required by Sept 1st Indiana Pharmacy Resident Teaching Certificate - .
