Franciscan Health Fitness Chicago Heights 100 W 197th Pl Chicago Heights, Illinois 60411 Outpatient Physical therapy. Full time, 40 hours/week, Shifts vary 7:00-3:30, 7:30-4:00, 8:00-4:30 and 10:30-7. Two days a week they will have closing shifts. Appointments are 60 min and patients arrive every 30 min with exception to Initial Evaluation which are 1:1 for 1 hour. Services also can include Aquatic therapy.
