WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT Minimum Start Pay $34 Day, Night and Weekend positions Full time and Part Time Night Shift Differential $10 Professional Development Opportunities Faith-based, Mission-focused Organization A 22 bed Med surg unit and 30-bed ortho neuro unit Typical patient ratios of 1: 5-day shift ,and 1: 6 Night Shift QUALIFICATIONS A team-oriented RN willing to be flexible and dynamic in meeting patient care needs. Associate Degree from an accredited program is required, BSN desirable. Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license to practice in the state or as listed in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC). Experienced and new graduate Nurses are welcome.
