This role is critical in assisting providers and coworkers in coordinating patient care as well as functions as a liaison between patients, coworkers, and providers. QUALIFICATIONS · A team-oriented RN willing to be flexible and dynamic in meeting patient care needs. · Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited program preferred.
