This role is critical in assisting providers and coworkers in coordinating patient care as well as functions as a liaison between patients, coworkers, and providers. Manageable Workload Enjoy a 1:1 nurse-to-patient ratio, seeing an average of 10–12 patients per day, allowing you to provide high-quality, individualized care. Work-Life Balance Standard schedule of Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, with shared weekend on-call responsibilities. Collaborative, Multidisciplinary Team Join the Wound Care Institute, where a team of specialists works together to deliver comprehensive, personalized treatment plans. Autonomy & Clinical Impact As an RN, you will: Develop individualized treatment programs tailored to each patient Monitor and evaluate patient progress Adjust care plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes QUALIFICATIONS A team-oriented RN willing to be flexible and dynamic in meeting patient care needs. Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited program preferred.
