WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT Work closely with marketing and communications department leadership to determine if an event should be part of the marketing strategy. Oversee and develop various aspects of major or minor events (virtual and in-person). Thoroughly researching and coordinating each item in a creative and efficient and timely manner. Professionally and effectively work with other departments and community groups on pertinent event details to ensure efficient and high-quality events. Manages and coordinate special events, communications, and budgets (e.g., blessings, grand openings, anniversaries, support for foundation and community health improvement events, and others as assigned. Manage and coordinate booth set up and staffing for health screenings and external event participation. Manage volunteers, staff, screeners, and vendors for events. Collaborate with marketing and communications team to develop collateral materials, signage, presentations, displays, and media relations necessary for events. Primarily coordinate CBISA reporting and associated activities. Submit CBISA information and participate in community health improvement discussions. In addition, support any activities that are required to meet accreditation standards. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's Degree Marketing, Business, Healthcare or Related Field Required 3 years Event planning and coordination, preferably in a healthcare environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Extensive project management experience.
