Position Summary:
The Project Manager provides overall leadership, direction, and financial oversight for assigned construction projects. Responsible from preconstruction through completion, the Project Manager ensures projects are executed safely, on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the project team in planning, scheduling, cost control, and quality management.

Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, design team, and subcontractors.

Manage procurement, contract administration, and project documentation.

Work closely with the Superintendent to maintain jobsite safety, monitor progress, and resolve issues.

Oversee change order management, project financials, forecasting, and reporting.

Chair internal and external project meetings; ensure accountability and timely follow-up.

Coordinate with Estimating during preconstruction and prepare detailed bid packages.

Assist in developing technical proposals for RFP responses and support business development efforts.

Mentor and support team members; conduct performance reviews and foster growth.
