Compensation
$45K base Tier commission starting from 5% new account acquisition bonus (up to $850 per account)

What You’ll Do
This is a hands-on sales role focused on building relationships and closing deals.
Core Responsibilities
- Prospect and reach out to new B2B customers
- Follow up with existing and past customers to generate repeat business
- Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into orders
- Build and manage your own pipeline of leads
- Track activity and deals using CRM or internal tools
- Coordinate with internal team on pricing, availability, and fulfillment
What Success Looks Like
- Consistent outreach (calls, texts, emails, and/or visits)
- Growing book of business and repeat customers
- Meeting and exceeding monthly revenue targets
- Building long-term customer relationships
Who We’re Looking For
- 1 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles
- Comfortable with cold outreach and follow-ups
- Strong communication and persistence
- Self-driven and results-oriented
- Organized and able to manage multiple accounts
Bonus (not required):
- Experience in automotive, truck parts, or industrial equipments
- Existing network in trucking or repair industry
Flexible start option available: candidates may begin with an hourly commission structure (20–30 hrs/week) during an initial ramp period, with transition to full-time base commission based on performance.
