Lawn maintenance crew lead

Join our lawn maintenance team as a Lawn Maintenance Crew Leader and take charge of creating/maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces for our customers. We are looking for someone with the ability to take care of routes in truck and trailer as a solo operator maintaining commercial and residential lawns and also with the help of other crew members on properties.

Duties

• Perform daily lawn care and landscaping to ensure timely and quality service

• Lead crew members in operating equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers

• Conduct inspections of work sites to maintain high standards and overall site appearance

• Train team members on proper techniques for lawn care

Qualifications

• Proven experience in lawn maintenance, and or landscaping

• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record

• Reliable transportation to and from work every day
