C&Z Construction LLC is seeking a motivated and empathetic Residential Remodeling Project Manager to lead residential remodeling and restoration projects from start to finish. Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for homeowners, delivering clear communication and empathy throughout each project
Lead residential remodeling projects from kickoff to completion
Manage budgets, schedules, scopes of work, and documentation
Direct Lead Carpenters and in-house crews; supervise subcontractors
Partner with Project Coordinators for smooth scheduling and daily operations
Collaborate with Estimators to align project details with insurance requirements
Ensure compliance with building codes, permits, and inspections
Conduct site visits to monitor quality, safety, and progress.
Qualifications
3-5 years of project management experience in residential remodeling
Proven experience leading large remodels ($150k-$300k); $1M projects a plus
Strong knowledge of construction codes, permits, and best practices
Skilled with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and scheduling software
Empathetic communicator with excellent client service skills
Highly organized, deadline-driven, and able to juggle priorities
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
A professional review and drug screen will be completed as part of the onboarding process, in compliance with applicable laws.
