On-Site Resident Manager - Midtown 557 Apartments

C Y Property Management has an immediate opening for an On-Site Resident Manager position at the Midtown 557 located at 557 Nord Ave! This community offers two bedroom apartments. Position hours required: Monday – Friday, two hours per day. The required four hours consist of: One hour in the morning maintaining and keeping property clean and presentable. Then One Hour in the afternoon of holding open office hours. Duties include advertising available apartments, processing rental applications, move in & move out recording, responding to resident’s questions, scheduling maintenance requests, collecting rent payments.

Skills needed are:

• Self motivated, punctual, detail oriented, and able to work independently.
• Must have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated computer skills with proficiency in Word and Outlook.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with co-workers, administrative team, and the public.
• Resident Manager Experience is not required
