- Manage existing accounts with a focus on customer retention, upselling, and providing exceptional customer service to foster loyalty.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software such as Salesforce.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to secure mutually beneficial deals, ensuring compliance with company policies.

- Perform territory management by planning daily routes, scheduling meetings, and tracking progress toward sales targets.

Requirements

Compensation:
This role is paid on a draw against commission basis. You will receive a regular draw (advance) that is offset by commissions earned. Once commissions exceed the draw amount, additional earnings are paid accordingly.
