We're a small but growing boutique accounting firm working with individuals, small business owners, freelancers, and entrepreneurs. We're lean, client-centered, and hands-on. As part of our team, you'll interact with clients and support daily office operations.
What You'll Do
- Greet clients, answer phones, and manage the front desk.
- Handle general administrative tasks (filing, scanning, mail, office supplies, etc.).
- Schedule meetings and manage the calendar for the accountants.
- Assist with client onboarding (collecting documents, entering basic data).
- Support bookkeeping/clerical tasks (e.g. inputting data, preparing simple reports) — as needed.
- Liaise with clients via email or phone (routing messages, answering general queries).
- Maintain office organization, supplies, and vendor relationships (e.g. cleaning, IT).
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma (or equivalent); some college or certification preferred.
- Previous administrative / front desk experience (1–3 years preferred).
- Strong communication (verbal and written), polished and professional.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace.
- Comfort learning new software / tools.
- Professional demeanor and client-friendly attitude.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a small team.
- Bilingual a plus
