CW Services a family-owned and operated HVAC and plumbing company serving our local community since 2009. Our work is primarily residential service, repair, replacement, and installation, with some light commercial work as well.

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced HVAC and/or plumbing professional to help lead and develop our service team.
Previous management experience is not required. We are open to an experienced technician, lead technician, field supervisor, or other trades professional who is ready to take the next step into leadership.
This is a hands-on management position. The right person will spend time both in the office and in the field conducting ride-alongs, coaching technicians, reviewing jobs, helping solve technical and customer-service issues, and making sure our team continues to improve.
Responsibilities
- Lead, support, and coach HVAC and plumbing service technicians.
- Conduct regular ride-alongs with technicians to evaluate technical ability, communication, customer service, and overall service-call performance.
- Coach technicians on customer service, presenting repair and replacement options, communication, workmanship, and company procedures.
- Provide technical guidance and help technicians troubleshoot difficult HVAC and plumbing issues.
- Help monitor technician performance, goals, KPIs, average tickets, opportunities, and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct technician training and assist with ongoing technical and customer-service development.
- Review completed jobs, estimates, callbacks, and customer concerns to ensure quality standards are being met.
- Call customers when necessary to review estimates, answer questions, follow up on concerns, and help resolve service issues.
- Follow up with customers on larger estimates and unsold work when appropriate.
- Assist technicians and customers with repair-versus-replacement decisions when additional guidance is needed.
- Work with vendors and suppliers regarding equipment, parts, pricing, warranties, and availability.
- Help coordinate service, installation, and scheduling needs with the office and field teams.
- Review workmanship and ensure work meets company standards, applicable codes, and safety requirements.
- Assist with employee performance reviews, coaching conversations, and team development.
- Help identify ways to improve productivity, customer experience, first-call completion, and overall department performance.
- Work closely with ownership and office staff to help accomplish company goals.
Qualifications
- Strong HVAC and/or plumbing experience.
- Residential service experience strongly preferred.
- Previous leadership or management experience is helpful, but not required.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Comfortable coaching and holding technicians accountable while maintaining a positive team environment.
- Strong understanding of customer service and the residential service process.
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers regarding estimates, concerns, repairs, and recommendations.
- Good technical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced service environment.
- Familiarity with HVAC and plumbing codes, safety practices, and industry standards.
- HVAC or plumbing licenses and certifications are preferred but not required.
