Join our dynamic team as a GMP Cleaner on the 3rd shift and play a vital role in maintaining a safe, clean, and compliant manufacturing environment. In this position, you will be responsible for executing thorough cleaning and sanitation procedures across production areas, ensuring adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards. Your efforts will directly contribute to the quality and safety of our products, supporting our mission to deliver excellence in food processing and manufacturing. Responsibilities

• Perform industrial cleaning and sanitation of production equipment, work surfaces, floors, walls, and ceilings following strict GMP guidelines.
• Use appropriate cleaning agents and tools to ensure all areas meet cleanliness standards required for food production environments.
• Conduct routine janitorial tasks such as trash removal, mopping, sweeping, and disinfecting to maintain a hygienic workspace.
• Assist with heavy lifting and moving supplies or equipment as needed to support cleaning operations.
• Follow detailed cleaning procedures and document completed tasks accurately in compliance with safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to prioritize sanitation tasks during the shift for maximum efficiency.
• Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and use of personal protective equipment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in industrial cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial roles within manufacturing or food processing environments is preferred.
• Knowledge of sanitation standards specific to GMP environments is highly advantageous.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks throughout the shift comfortably.
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment, commercial cleaning supplies, and safety procedures.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to ensure thorough sanitation routines.
• Ability to work independently on assigned tasks while collaborating effectively with team members during shift operations.
• Prior warehouse or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required; a proactive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
