What You’ll Do:

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems, including water heaters, toilets, faucets, and piping.
• Install fixtures and complete system upgrades with precision.
• Perform inspections, routine maintenance, and system troubleshooting.
• Deliver top-tier customer service and detailed job documentation using ServiceTitan.

Pay & Incentives:

• Commission-based W2 role
• On-target earnings (OTE): $80,000–$120,000
• Performance bonuses available

Schedule & Location:

• Full-time, onsite in Lewisville, TX
• Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–5:30 PM rotating on-call shifts

Requirements:

• Active Texas plumbing license (Tradesman, Journeyman, or higher)
• 2 years of residential plumbing experience preferred
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Must pass background check
