Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of floors, carpets, windows, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and products.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting surfaces and ensuring all areas meet health and safety regulations.
• Conduct laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or uniforms as needed.
• Assist with basic cooking tasks or meal preparation when required to support hospitality or residential clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client requests and ensuring their satisfaction with cleaning services.
• Manage janitorial supplies inventory and restock cleaning materials to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Follow established cleaning protocols for residential or commercial properties, including floor care techniques such as buffing or stripping floors.

Experience

• Prior janitorial or custodial experience in commercial, residential, or hotel environments is highly desirable.
• Experience with various cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, sanitation practices, and general housekeeping management.
• Knowledge of proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment to ensure safety and effectiveness.
• Background in hospitality or hotel housekeeping roles is a plus.
• Familiarity with laundry procedures and basic cooking skills can enhance your ability to meet diverse client needs.
• Strong attention to detail combined with excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
