.NET Sitecore Developer job description involves developing and maintaining Sitecore-based websites, integrating them with third-party systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences. Key responsibilities include building Sitecore components and data models, writing clean code using .NET technologies like C#, ASP.NET MVC, and Web API, and working with both front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, modern frameworks) and back-end Sitecore features (personalization, workflows, headless).

Core responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and customize Sitecore-based websites and applications, including creating templates, layouts, and components.
  • Build back-end functionality using .NET technologies like C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, and Entity Framework.
  • Integrate Sitecore with external systems such as CRM, ERP, and other marketing tools.
