Responsibilities
- Manage the planning, coordination, and execution of Navy training programs and course convenings.
- Develop and maintain class schedules, training calendars, and instructor assignments to ensure timely delivery of training.
- Support Instructional Designers and instructor/facilitators by assisting with planning, execution, and feedback for training delivery.
- Track and analyze training outcomes, student throughput, and program performance metrics.
- Coordinate communications with instructors, students, program managers, and Navy leadership to ensure alignment on schedules, requirements, and training status.
- Conduct briefings and prepare reports on training status, student performance, and resource requirements.
- Manage training budgets, monitor expenditures, and provide recommendations for cost control and resource allocation.
- Implement program improvements based on student and instructor feedback, performance data, and evolving Navy requirements.
- Ensure compliance with Navy training standards, policies, and audit requirements.
- Coordinate with Material Coordinators to ensure availability of training kits, consumables, and support equipment for course execution.
Education Requirement
- Master Training Specialist Certificate and/or Navy Instructor Training Certificate.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training & Development, Human Performance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience coordinating or delivering training programs in a military, government, or defense environment.
- Demonstrated understanding of Navy training systems, course convening processes, and schoolhouse operations.
- Experience with training scheduling, student management, and reporting tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with Navy training management systems (e.g., AIM, CeTARS, FLTMPS).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent training events and projects.
- Excellent communication and briefing skills to interface with instructors, program managers, and Navy leadership.
- Ability to analyze training effectiveness and recommend improvements based on performance metrics and student feedback.

- Must have an active DoD security clearance or eligibility to obtain one
