Long standing Medical Collections company looking for a professional and dedicated Data Entry Representative to join our team. Self-motivated, dependable, detailed oriented, trustworthy with a strong proven work ethic. Reconciliation, set up and logging in of new work for hand data entry. Enter new accounts, maintain log, create and email transmittals to clients and managers, barcode, and scan. Review patient correspondence and assist in answering and providing responses.
Job Responsibilities:
* Review new accounts via mail, fax and email
* Respond to client emails about new work
* Contact clients regarding balance inquiries and missing information
* Reconcile, set up, and log new work for hand data entry and download
* Enter new accounts, maintain logs, create and email transmittals to clients and managers, barcode, scan.
* Download files
