Orthodontist – Tampa, FL (Semi-Remote, Full-Time)

We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Orthodontist to join our team in the Tampa, FL area. This is a full-time, semi-remote position, ideal for a provider who enjoys flexibility, autonomy, and serving a diverse patient population. Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) are strongly encouraged to apply.


Position Highlights

  • Semi-Remote Role:
    • 2 days per week working in practice
    • 2 days per week remote (treatment planning, case reviews, collaboration)

  • Full-Time Schedule:
    • 4–5 days per week, based on practice needs

  • Travel Required:
    • Approximately 50% travel between practices within the Tampa area
    • All travel expenses covered

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality orthodontic care to children and young adults

  • Develop and manage individualized orthodontic treatment plans

  • Review treatment plans with patients and families; obtain informed consent

  • Ensure compliance with Florida Dental Board regulations, HIPAA, OSHA, and all applicable standards

  • Lead and support clinical team members to ensure excellent patient experiences

  • Maintain a professional, positive attitude that supports teamwork and growth


Qualifications

  • DDS or DMD with Orthodontic specialty certification

  • Active Florida dental license in good standing (or eligibility to obtain)

  • Minimum of 2 years of orthodontic experience preferred

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred

  • Comfortable working across multiple locations in a collaborative environment
