Position Summary:
- Oversee project duration from start to finish assuring quality installation and completion.
- Assist, supervise and manage the onsite crew, while working closely with all departments assuring effective communication with supervisor and sales representative.
- Responsible for continuously updating customers with ongoing details of project while addressing concerns and questions in a timely manner.
- Maintain a safe worksite, free of debris and risk, with a general understanding of rules and regulations.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for this position will have:
- 5 years of experience in siding installation.
- Experience in management, supervision and/or leadership with proven success in mentoring/training others.
- Superior customer service and the ability to communicate with individuals at all levels.
- The ability to maintain a steady schedule while meeting production goals and expectations.
- Desire to perform physical labor while working in year-round outdoor conditions.

Schedule:
- Year-Round, Full-Time Position
- Monday – Friday
- 8 Hour Shifts (10 hour shifts during peak season)
- Compensation is based on experience.
