What You’ll Do
- Lead Complex Engagements: Manage S corp, partnership, and C corp returns with technical mastery.
- Deliver Insightful Reviews: Ensure every return is accurate, compliant, and adds value.
- Advise with Confidence: Be the trusted advisor to business owners and high-net-worth clients.
- Mentor & Inspire: Guide tax staff, set high standards, and foster professional growth.
- Drive Operational Excellence: Balance multiple engagements and deadlines with clarity and confidence.
- Leverage Top Tools: Work efficiently in Lacerte and QuickBooks (Desktop & Online).
What We’re Looking For
- Accounting degree Active CPA
- 7 years of public accounting experience (entity taxation focus)
- 3 years in a management or supervisory role
- Strong expertise in shareholder/partner basis, capital accounts, and book-to-tax differences
- Exceptional communication skills — written and verbal
- Proven ability to lead, problem-solve, and elevate performance
- Experience with Lacerte tax software
