Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Paraplanner based in Ashburn, VA, with some work-from-home flexibility. In this role, the Paraplanner will support Wealth Manager by conducting financial analyses, preparing detailed financial plans, assisting with investment research, maintaining client documentation, maintaining client relationships, and supporting the onboarding process of new clients. The role involves creating reports, supporting client meetings, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering exceptional client service and ensuring operational efficiency within the firm.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Financial Planning and Investment Research
• Strong Analytical Skills and some knowledge of Finance
• Experience with preparing written reports and presenting financail information in clear formats
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Word, Excel, and Powerpoint)
• Proficiency in financial planning software tools is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; CFP® designation or other relevant certification is highly desirable
• Experience: Preferrably one to four years of expereince working within the financial services industry, and with direct client interaction
