About the Job:
- Provide high-level executive support, including complex calendar management, scheduling, travel coordination, meeting logistics, and day-to-day administrative support
- Prepare executive briefings, reports, presentations, agendas, and meeting materials to support leadership decision-making and organizational initiatives
- Coordinate leadership meetings, offsites, client engagements, company events, and employee activities
- Track action items, follow-up responsibilities, and key deliverables to help ensure timely execution of organizational priorities
- Serve as a liaison between leadership, employees, clients, and external partners while facilitating effective communication and coordination
- Assist with special projects and strategic initiatives, helping maintain organization and momentum across multiple workstreams
- Support internal communications and contribute to a positive, collaborative workplace culture
- Manage travel arrangements, expense reporting, and logistical planning for leadership and company events
- Help maintain operational efficiency by identifying opportunities to improve processes, communication, and administrative workflows
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment

About You:
- 5 years of Executive Assistant, Office Management, Operations, or high-level administrative support experience preferred
- Previous experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams within a professional services, consulting, technology, or operationally driven environment strongly preferred
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a polished and professional demeanor
- Resourceful, proactive, and solutions-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
- High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
- Strong attention to detail and ability to execute with accuracy in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Office 365, Teams, and related productivity tools
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Familiarity with government contracting is a plus
- Ability to obtain a U.S. government/DoW clearance
Hybrid role based in Arlington with regular in-office presence required. Typically three days per week in the office with flexibility based on business needs. Standard business hours (M-F) with occasional evening/weekend support, as needed
Salary : $120,000 - $150,000
