Key Responsibilities:
- Drive day-to-day warehouse and distribution operations with efficiency and precision
- Inspire, lead and invest in the growth of a team in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
- Implement and monitor quality assurance and safety protocols
- Collaborate across departments to enhance our proprietary tools and systems
- Manage staffing, materials, budgets, and performance metrics
- Keep operations compliant, on schedule, and under budget
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in operations or distribution management
- Budgeting, process improvement, and staff leadership skills
- Strong communication, delegation, and conflict resolution abilities
- Comfortable working with data, KPIs, and business productivity tools
- Passion for efficiency, innovation, and team growth
- Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or related field
- Experience working with ERP systems or distribution software
