We are seeking a reliable and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of residential, commercial, or mixed-use properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining property values, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and supervising maintenance staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of property management including leasing, rent collection, tenant relations, and maintenance.
- Advertise and market available units to attract potential tenants.
- Screen and approve prospective tenants according to company policies.
- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions.
- Conduct regular property inspections to maintain high standards.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
- Resolve tenant complaints and conflicts promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of property operations, lease agreements, and tenant communications.
- Ability to read ledgers, input charges, reconcile balances, issue SD refunds and knowledge of subsidy programs
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Property Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of property management software Appfolio
- Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Understanding of relevant laws and regulations (e.g., Fair Housing, landlord-tenant laws).
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field preferred).
- Property management certification (e.g., CPM, CAM, or state license) is a plus.

Please note you will be managing multiple buildings in the Long Beach and Los Angeles region and visiting the corporate office in Los Angeles once a week. There is all inclusive onsite housing available after 90 days based on skill level.
