You will communicate key operational and financial results, support compliance activities, and serve as a subject matter expert across multiple financial processes.

Responsibilities
What You Will Do
In all of your duties, you will have a relentless, obsessive, yet disciplined approach to manage all details to perfection and deliver desired results.
- Assist with month-end close processes, including preparation and review of financial statements
- Manage accruals and prepaids, ensuring accurate recording and timely adjustments
- Prepare and post journal entries with comprehensive documentation
- Conduct account reconciliations, identifying discrepancies and resolving issues
- Perform departmental analysis to support budgeting and financial planning initiatives
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data and provide insights
- Participate in audits and assist in the preparation of audit schedules
- Maintain and update accounting records and systems
- Provide support for special projects and ad-hoc financial analysis as needed

In Addition To That, We Require
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA or CPA eligible
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- 1–3 years of accounting experience
- Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools
