C-Shift Consulting is seeking a Project Analyst to support enterprise-level initiatives within the G&I and Tech Services functions for a global mining company with offices in the Denver Tech Center. This long-term contract role provides an opportunity to contribute to high-visibility programs and enhance organizational alignment across multiple workstreams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Map and document current management processes to support operational consistency
• Develop alignment frameworks and dashboards to monitor progress across projects, studies, and initiatives
• Conduct stakeholder impact assessments for strategic initiatives
• Track adoption metrics and support feedback mechanisms to measure effectiveness
• Assist in the development of strategic communications for Tech Services teams
Qualifications:
• Demonstrated experience in project, program, or change management analytics
• Strong skills in process documentation, stakeholder engagement, and data interpretation
• Ability to produce clear, concise deliverables in a fast-paced, hybrid environment
• Proven capability to collaborate across cross-functional teams with high communication skills
This is a 1099 contract, for a full time Project Analyst consultant with a hybrid work model - 3 days in office per week (Denver Tech Center).
