MISSION
Support the People & Culture team in building a thriving employee experience by assisting in recruiting, training and education, events, branding, apparel, and engagement initiatives that strengthen C/Sharpe’s culture and talent pipeline.
OUTCOMES (3–5 measurable performance objectives)
Recruiting Support
Post and manage job listings on Loxo, ZipRecruiter, and LinkedIn.
Assist Recruiting Team in Candidate Tracking and Communication Frequency.
Employee Experience
Assist in planning and executing at least 2 company culture or wellness events during the internship period.
Gather post-event feedback with an average satisfaction score of 4.5/5 or higher.
Training & Education
Support LMS (Absorb) content uploads and tracking; maintain 100% accuracy in training records.
Assist in building or editing at least 3 training modules or slide decks for internal programs.
Communication & Branding
Send out all Internal Newsletters during the duration of the internship.
Assist in Internal Communications management ensuring that 100% of employee contacts are up to date and organized within 1 week of their onboarding.
Manage and Increase Usage of the C/Sharpe Swag Store by 15% percent.
Add at least 3 new items to the Swag Store during the duration of the internship.
Professional Growth
Demonstrate initiative, reliability, and teamwork in alignment with C/Sharpe’s RESTORE values.
Complete a final presentation summarizing internship projects and lessons learned.
