- Design, maintain, and enhance comprehensive warehouse models to accurately represent the facility's layout, operations, and processes
- Execute and analyze what-if scenario simulations to optimize warehouse processes, layout and decision making
- Present actionable recommendations to finance teams, operations teams, and senior leadership teams with clear, concise communication and visual representations. Present to Senior Leadership
- Assist in the implementation of operational changes driven by simulation insights, collaborating with operational teams to ensure a seamless transition from simulation to real-world application to generate financial impact and ROI
- Improve existing modeling and optimization tools, algorithms, and processes to better optimize network constraints and project flow
- Collaborate with the other team members to enhance overall supply chain performance

- Office : Office Temperature (65F to 75F)
- Warehouse : Grocery Warehouse (50F to 90F)
- Warehouse : Freezer (-20F to 0F)
- Warehouse : Perishable Warehouse (28F to 60F)
- Specialized Knowledge : Data analysis, predictive analysis, warehouse simulation, slotting optimization, procurement and operations research.
- Special Skills : Data analysis, critical thinking and problem solving, experience in R, Python or SQL, Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex simulation findings to diverse stakeholders.
- Physical abilities: : Primarily office-based requiring working with screens and typing for extended periods, but some time in warehouses required which will require the ability to navigate and inspect warehouse facilities, lift moderate-weight items, and mobility for on-site visits in a warehouse environment.
- Other: : Travel Requirement: Travel as needed to support analytics and for team development, anticipated at 10-20%
- Other: : Education: Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Research, or a related field.
- 2-5 : Analytics and simulation technology experience
