Job Description
- Create ad hoc SQL queries as needed to support business changes and needs
- Create business intelligence reports (BIRT) and make basic interface changes (add/remove fields) through Maximo's Application Designer
- Utilize and update data models to predict MHE asset needs
- Provide analytical support for failure pattern recognition and predictive maintenance initiatives associated with operationally critical assets
- Work closely with end users to identify and promote system improvements
- Review building utilities consumption, identify baseline usage rates and measure cost-saving improvements achieved through various ROI projects
- Create training materials and documentation of process changes
- Travel Required:Yes
