Responsibilities:
- Operate snow plow trucks and equipment to clear snow and ice from parking lots and driveways
- Apply salt, sand, or de-icing materials to treated surfaces as needed
- Respond to on-call snow removal requests during winter weather events, including nights and weekends
- Monitor weather conditions and coordinate with management on service schedules
- Maintain accurate logs of services performed at each property
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company standards
Requirements:
- Previous snow plow operation experience preferred
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required
- Ability to work flexible hours, including overnight shifts and on-call during storm events
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in the field
- Reliable, punctual, and able to perform physically demanding work in cold weather conditions
- Have a truck with plow
