Job Overview
Responsible for establishing subcontracts, administering, and maintaining all project related subcontract documentation. Oversees subcontracting reporting and payment. Provides day-to-day management of a variety of contract compliance requirements, procedures, and laws.
Primary Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of this role include the following specific tasks:
- Generate, manage, and monitor all subcontract documentation.
- Submit required agency subcontractor tracking documentation.
- Manage subcontractor items in Viewpoint.
- Provide subcontractor documents to field management teams.
- Prepare subcontractor payments for all projects.
- Report vendor payments to agencies.
- Secure and submit all subcontractor project closeout documents.
- Track subcontractor compliance including insurance, licensing, lien waivers, bonds, etc.
- Maintain an effective working relationship with government contracting personnel.
- Accounting and audit support.
- Other duties and responsibilities as needed.
Required Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong communication skills
- Self-directed with the ability to be flexible in adapting to change and to re-prioritize workload to support the needs and deadlines as required.
- Knowledge of MS Excel & Word
- Experience with Viewpoint
- Construction experience helpful
