What are the responsibilities and job description for the Tri-Axle Dump Truck Driver position at C&S Masonry And Paving?
We are seeking a Class A CDL driver to join our crew for this upcoming season. You will be responsible for safely operating a tri-axle dump truck transporting materials to and from job sites. You will also be responsible for safely chaining down and transporting equipment on a trailer when needed.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate tri-axle dump truck to and from job sites hauling stone, asphalt, and equipment.
- Unload cargo
- Some manual labor duties required
- Report any issues or incidents
- Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues
- Keep assigned truck clean
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving
Qualifications:
- Class A CDL license in good standing
- Class A CDL experience (1 year minimum)
- Must be able to drive manual transmission
- Experience in driving tri-axle with trailer
- Ability to handle physical workload
