Job Overview
C&S Healthcare Services, Inc. is looking for Competent, Compassionate, and Dedicated Caregivers to join our team! We thrive in our mission of providing quality Care and Support to our clients and are looking for Caregivers/CNAs/Home Health Aides that can join our team and support our mission.

Requirements

• 2 years of verifiable Caregiver Experience within an agency or facility
• Current Driver's License
• Valid Auto Insurance
• Social Security Card or other form of identification, ie passport
• Reliable Transportation

Duties

• Provide direct support to clients in their daily activities, ensuring their comfort and safety.
• Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Monitor and document patient observations, reporting any changes in condition to appropriate healthcare professionals.
• Support residents with memory care needs through engaging activities that promote cognitive function.
• Uphold resident rights by fostering an environment of respect and dignity.
• Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare providers to coordinate care plans.
• Participate in training sessions and continuing education to enhance caregiving skills.

• Maintain a high standard of professionalism in both your work quality and personal presentation
• Strong observational skills to identify changes in patient health or behavior.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and healthcare teams.

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
