What You’ll Do:
Customer Service
- Answer phones and schedule estimate appointments
- Help customers with questions and concerns in a friendly, professional manner
- Confirm appointments and follow up with customers after service
- Help screen incoming requests to upper management
Operations Support & Scheduling
- Use SingleOps to schedule appointments, jobs, and calendars
- Handle crew requests and help coordinate resources to solve day-to-day problems
What You’ll Do:

- Research new advertising opportunities, help set them up, and measure effectiveness
